Private Dance Lesson

All private dance lessons are personally created based on what the client wants to focus on and achieve. Working one on one to build confidence in a fun and safe environment.

Private lessons are 60 minutes. 

Private Mat Pilates Training

These training sessions are designed for your fitness level and goals. Each class will progress at your pace, focus on firing up your core and strengthening key areas.

Clients have the option of 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Group Fitness Class

For special occasions, gatherings, or you and your friends just prefer to work out together! Clients have the option for private group classes to be 60 or 90 minutes. 

Time will vary depending group size.

AJ Body & Mind 

For anyone who is ready to take their fitness to the next level! You will have access to online personal coaching, workouts, daily check ins, meal plans, and continued guidance to help you achieve your fitness and health goals. This program is only $12/week, and will guarantee results.
